It’s National Volunteer Week!  We are privileged to work with volunteers every single day at KW Habilitation as the volunteer program has become an essential part of our organization.  During national volunteer week, we will be recognizing some of the volunteers who have helped us come together with our community to inspire abilities and enrich the lives of children, youth and families at KW Habilitation.  

Abi

Abi has been volunteering with our Early Learning Program since 2018.  You can often find her at the laminating machine or cutting out visual resources that our Resource Consultants use in child care centres.  Her contributions to the Early Learning Program have been invaluable.  In addition to volunteering in the Early Learning program, Abi also volunteers at our Welcome Centre.

Abi came to us as a volunteer with the goal of learning new things and exploring new opportunities. She likes to make people happy, and to give back to the community and we are very grateful to have her with us.
