This August, Out and About Waterloo Region hosted its annual “Bring Along Sing Along” event every Thursday from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. Bring Along Sing Along is a fun event we look forward to every year where we meet Thursdays at lunch time where people are encouraged to bring-along their lunch, bring-along a chair to sit on, bring-along song suggestions, bring-along their singing voices and instruments, and bring-along a smile! This August, there were a total of five Thursdays, so we were able to get together five times without a drop of rain! Together we sang along to people’s requests including hits from Taylor Swift, Kenny Rogers, The Backstreet Boys, Elvis, The Beatles and original songs from our host Kirstin Corbett who is one of our Communications Coordinators at KW Habilitation.
The welcome centre at our main office in Kitchener is open Monday to Friday from 8 am – 5 pm, we look forward to connecting with you.
