Living Life to the Full aims to help you navigate everyday challenges and develop self-management skills. This free 7-week class covers strategies to help you reframe negative thoughts and feel more positive. Participants will explore ways to build self-confidence, practice helpful behaviours for dealing with difficult situations, and much more.
