There will be many vendors at this year’s Health Fair including Sports for Special Athletes, YMCA, Silver Cross, Our Farm just to name a few. There will also be some fun activities like Chair Yoga and Indi Head Massages that you can join in on. There will be a performance by the Crescendo Choir as well as a Tae Kwan Do demonstration. If you are lucky, you might even walk away with a raffle prize! Come connect with local organizations, learn about healthy living options, and enjoy activities that focus on wellness in all forms.

The Belongathon event by Karis Disability Services invites caring community members like you to join them to raise awareness and support for people with developmental disabilities in Canada and around the world. The day will consist of a 2.6km walk along the Spurline Trail, followed by a free BBQ lunch, ice cream and some fun activities. There is no cost to participate. Seat at the Table Feedback Fairs
The City of Kitchener is looking for feedback on how you engage with their programs, services and events. They will be having four Feedback Fairs at four different locations where participants can share their experiences, their vision for the future and offer ideas on how to remove barriers to participation.
You can stay as long or as short as you like. There will be free snacks and beverages available, a kid’s colouring station, and you can enter your name into a draw for a $100 Kitchener Market Gift Basket. Your feedback will help inform the Community Engagement Policies that directs how the City engages with its residents. Help shape and improve the future of the very city you live in!
