Join Kelly Welch, for a Drumming and Sharing circle. The Circle will open with a smudging ceremony with time and space for sharing the importance and relevance of Indigenous medicines and Truth and Reconciliation. This Sharing Circle will take place at Kitchener’s newly opened library. The Southwest Library had its grand opening on March 13, 2025. Sharing Circle participants are welcome to bring their own shakers or rattlers. Additional shakers and rattlers will be available for use.

Yoga with the Animals is led by certified instructor, Christina Morris, and accompanied by a variety of furry friends (when possible). You will always be welcome to spend a few minutes before or after class in the atrium to see the adoptable animals. Please come to class prepared with comfortable clothes, water, and your yoga mat.
