This event is free and inclusive to everyone. Enjoy music, dancing, acro yoga, lounging, self-care, workshops and games. Bring a snack to add to the pot luck table if you can. This is a unique event running for its 5th year. It brings the community together for collaboration, connection and growth.

This event is completely free because of what community members are offering to contribute and share with each other. Do you have something you would like to offer? Do you want to run a workshop or share your art? Reach out to Co-creator Alysha Pantherophis, Naseem Amani or Dan Stiplosek via facebook messenger and they can make it happen!

This show is all about breaking barriers and unleashing talent. July is Disability Pride Month in Canada. Come see the fantastic performers and their amazing talents. Each performer has lived experience as a person with a disability. The show starts at 7:00 PM but you can come as early as 6:00 PM to browse arts and crafts vendors and author’s books.
