At KW Habilitation, our Board of Directors plays a vital role in shaping strategy, ensuring good governance, and stewarding our resources to help us achieve our mission.

Earlier this month, Board members stepped out of the boardroom and into the fields at Our Farm, joining staff for a hands-on morning of weeding, connecting, and learning more about this unique and impactful project.

It was a day filled with sunshine, teamwork, laughter, and purpose. We’re grateful for the opportunity to share the farm experience and so thankful for a Board that leads with heart and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty!
