KW Habilitation has a long history of working alongside people, families, and community partners to create opportunities where everyone belongs and meaningfully contributes. Through innovative solutions, strong partnerships, and person-directed supports, we help build communities where every person is valued, connected, and able to contribute in meaningful ways.

Every day, people supported by KW Habilitation are building friendships, learning new skills, finding jobs, and living in ways that are important to them. These moments don’t happen by chance, they happen because people like you choose to support them.
Monthly donors help ensure these opportunities aren’t temporary. They’re ongoing, reliable, and available to more people in our community.
In 2025, 1,105 children attending licensed Child Care in Waterloo Region received tiered supports from our Early Learning team.
In 2025, 116 people received employment supports through KW Career Compass
In 2025, we grew over $59,000 worth of produce at Our Farm. We shared this food with the people we support at KW Habilitation, and our community.
In 2025, 172 people were connected to all of our housing supports throughout Waterloo Region.
In 2025, our Early Learning team delivered 153 workshops in our community reaching a total of 1,568 participants.
In 2025, 50 people maintained meaningful employment with the support of KW Career Compass
In 2025, we donated $5,700 worth of food to partner organizations in Waterloo Region.
In 2025, we provided Community Participation services to 280 people in our community
In 2025, offered 213 LEG Up! classes and 33 LEG Up! courses.
